Coquille River Lighthouse Bandon, Oregon
The Bandon Lighthouse or Coquille River Lighthouse - was built in 1896, decommissioned in 1939. The lighthouse has a rich history and was the only surviving building when a fire wiped out all of Bandon in 1936. The Oregon State Park system the restored the building in 1976. Further restoration was completed in 2007 to help reverse weather and age damage. When I travel to the coast I always like to photograph this lighthouse.
